Similar symptons may point to a similar cause, but this isn't always the case. I'm by no means refuting that you aren't having a good experience, I'm just saying I can't make any assumptions.

Our Critical Care Team is able to work with each Client individually to identify the specific problem you are experiencing and then they can work with you directly to ensure that you have the best experience possible on your connection.

No point in doing anything at the moment while we are not experiencing the issues that everyone here has described at length and the time periods when they occur.

We have two accounts with Afrihost. Business Uncapped at work and Premium uncapped at home. When the mess was happening last night, I logged in to the Business via TeamViewer and the exact same issues were being experienced on that network as at home. I was the only one active on both networks.

Trace routes and ping reports have been supplied by multiple users ad-naseum.

Afrihost, what is your plan to fix this as it is definitely not a user related or isolated issue?

Just before I cancelled my DSL and hosting services and moved to an ISP where I am able to use the services I pay for.

Then why aren't you listening to the many people here who are demonstrating that the issue is very clearly afrihost's side? We are past the stage of making assumptions, we are waiting for you guys to admit responsibility and fix the issue. Just like I'm waiting for my internet to likely become unusable in the next hour if the current trend continues.

Are you testing the SA Netflix? Are you seeing any other streaming services performing poorly?
 
Then why aren't you listening to the many people here who are demonstrating that the issue is very clearly afrihost's side? We are past the stage of making assumptions, we are waiting for you guys to admit responsibility and fix the issue. Just like I'm waiting for my internet to likely become unusable in the next hour if the current trend continues.

The feedback and test results that we are getting here is helping us greatly. We'll definitely get to the bottom of what's going on.
