I got nfs most wanted on my nexus 7, didnt have any marketplace issues. It should be in the ZA store.
Edit: i do notice it does say EA Nederland as publisher, but it is right there on the top 10 paid games, no hoops to jump through. Maybe the special is on another version?

Even if it is, makes no diff if you buy 6 or not. (Lifetime upgrade)
Bastards hook you on other IAP's Like Font suites(R42.00)
Also the price they charge for dictionaries and other apps they may as well give the app away. Do not get me wrong it does not remove any value off OfficeSuite its a damn good package on its own but if you look deeper you will notice they can afford to "give it away"

Well that is a mission on its own.
What I did:
Create an Amazon Account just for my Android purchases Using : http://androidadvices.com/access-amazon-appstore-download-paid-apps-free/#.UGvgI64enAU
With an American address, downloaded the app from the amazon site using my PC.
Installed it on the phone, and only buy apps using the web account, Downloading said app on the phone after the purchase.
On your R8.50 comment, its better having it on Google Play anyway this is just for those that missed the sales.

For me it was worth it, as I did it some time ago. (Free App of the day sales)
I have all 3 office suites(QuickOffice, OfficeSuite Pro and Documents on the Go) on my Amazon account plus some other crap like games, the cool part is that I give this account to close friends if the want to try out some app's that I have on it.
