the vodacom3g dude mentioned something in the other iPhone thread from yesterday that lead towards me believing there won't be a pay-in on the contract if you go that route...which is a pretty good deal if it's true.

Meaning: Take the dollar and multiply by 11.8 (as with all tech that comes into this country, used to be 10 but the exchange rate sucks atm) and you have your price. Then take the amount of support the dealers recieve for signing a weekender contract, and you have your payin.

+-R1500 support if not less - R2360 = payin of about R860...

Sorry - they only get a new phone once a year over there.

I just got off the phone with her now and it seems she lost her phone a month ago and had it replaced by insurance so she's in no rush to get herself a new phone.
