They can blame Cell C all day, that doesn't change the fact that I can't get anyone to respond to a ticket within at least 2 days (not acceptable) and also when you phone in and press 4 for accounts nothing happens.
I'm cancelling and will go back to Rain as my primary. The outage they are having also doesn't really explain the kak speeds we have been seeing this month.
