Axxess ISP Unapped - "Managed" status

How can an account be 'managed' at the start of a new month? ..... I didn't even use the account on the 1st or the 2nd of this month, but have downloaded 2.61gb on the 3rd and 4th so far (650mb a day).

Your uncapped account is currently being managed. An account gets managed when the usage of the account goes higher than the average usage of all the other users in your bandwidth pool.

I guess you have myself and the other "heavy downloaders" that jumped ship end November to blame - the average usage has obviously fallen dramatically.

I am also cancelling my two Axxess uncapped accounts . Their shaping is mad and they just dont give a damn no matter how much you complain . So looking at this forum they stand to lose a lot of business.....

Same, also cancelling - I think Axxess is going to have no customers left shortly and very bad feedback. Good way to kill a business.
