Axxess MTN Fixed LTE Cancellation

I am getting worst network speeds at night with the Axxess MTN fixed LTE package. These speeds are constant every night. Max speed I have got was about 3Mbps for download



I have tried to resolve it with them but no help. So I ask to cancel it but now I must wait 2 months for them to cancel it. It's ridiculous. I thought calender month is 30days notice. They said if I notify in this month it will be cancelled end of next month. I am not getting even good results for me to keep the service for 2 months.

Is there anyway I can report this to resolve? Axxess is just ignoring my request.

I will surely avoid them next time I look for another service from them.

Been having the same issue this past week.
 
Good day I need to cancel my Axxess fixed lte subsription. Where on the web browser Axxess.co.za do I do that. Cant find it. Any help please, much appreciated.

Pity I only saw this now.

Log in, then it should default to "My Dashboard" ; below that to the right, click on "View".
Next page that opens should be your data allocation / usage - scroll down the page to the botton and you should see "Service Cancellation".; click on "Cancel Service" and continue from there.

Note - the 1st option to cancel now will be at the END of September '22 (which is the 2nd option in their list).
Also, if you're in your 1st month of the service, I don't think they allow you to cancel a new service, so cancellation won't even be listed from what I remember.
