That sounds like a lot of fat. I'm not understanding this diet. Why don't you have fruit salad for breakfast with some full cream yoghurt, lunch could be a chicken salad and dinner two chicken breast and veg with healthy snacks throughout.
All this port definitely is not good.

I'll never let another company cook for me. I enjoy it too much and that food looks awful.
Lino I'm not going to read through all this but are you combining this diet with exercise? You really, really need to. Diets come and go and you're in danger of swinging back into it because you just end up craving the delicious food again if you're depriving yourself now. But a good exercise routine can be maintained for the rest of your life.
I'm more worried about him getting scurvy at this point, tbh.
I'm more worried about the fact that Lino was battling cancer, and is now eating a diet which is mostly protein. Excess protein promotes cancer...
Breakfast: 2 egg scrambled with cheddar and black coffee
Lunch: Lettuce, rocket, roasted beetroot, roasted butternut, feta, crispy onions, butternut chips, pomegranate arils, green yoghurt dressing
Supper: Quorn sausage, Chakalaka beans and cheese
