Be strong!
I haven't had a drink, so I think I am doing well.
I meant, keep the liquor cabinet.
Naturally the second I decide to cut down I get invited to a bunch of events with open bar....wth.
Trying to give wine a miss too....suffering from a bit of brain fog lately and think that, diet and lack of exercise is to blame.Meat and red wine?
Breakfast - nothing slept late again (sigh)
Lunch - nothing again, was planning to but meeting mania
Dinner - 1 Piece Wors, 1 lamb chop, 2 pieces of steak
Pretty much all effective weight loss diets require running at a calorie deficit...and are thus unsustainable by nature. (unless you plan on reducing weight to zero)I know this gets repeated ad nauseam but you need to eat more, this is unsustainable

What kind of job do you do that you're literally in meetings all day, every day?
I don't agree with the LCHF diet at all.
It cannot be healthy no matter how much weight you lose. Fat is bad for you.
60kg is a lot of weight that you've picked up and I'd say rather do a healthier diet and go to the gym. Do a lot of cardio exercises.
The hardest part will be not to eat when you feel hungry.
Pre-Breakfast: Half a lemon squeezed into water
