I don't get these diets. This eating plan sounds like torture.
I always just said, eating should be logical.
My usual daily menu
Breakfast - 7am
2 slices of toast, thin layer of almond butter and a drizzle of honey. Maybe a cup of Joe.
Lunch - 11:30
Chicken wrap with feta, onion, green peppers, brinjals and tzatziki and a drizzle of sweet chilli.
Snack - 14:00
One or two fruits. Maybe a kit kat if I'm feeling it.
Dinner - 19:00
2 chickens breasts and veg.
Can replace the chicken with trout or whatever sort of meat you like. Keep it varied.
Snack - 21:00
A clementine or a pear.
Sometimes I eat a little more, sometimes less but basically that's about 6000kjs per day.
The only reason I have a small belly...I go balls to the wall on weekends. Usually throw in a burger, a few beers, maybe a pizza, a bunch of chocolates etc. I binge quite bad and I struggle because I'm out of my routine. Trying to sort this out though and I will in due time.
This morning I awoke refreshed. Felt good. 2 hours at work...started a headache....drank grandpa....
had lunch...
atm...zero energy...too tired to get a cup of tea

Thanks man it is much appreciated. Obviously this is the initial weight-loss which is usually quite quick. I suspect from now on it will slow down and be more normal.
I will admit on paper your diet looks delicious
Strangely at the moment I am not eating when not hungry so it is not as if I am suffering from hunger the whole time. However I am trying to get into a more constant pattern that is sustainable long term.
Breakfast -skipped as I slept late
Lunch - 350gr pork with 1 Avo
Dinner - two chicken breast with bacon and cheese
Yeah that certainly true...people tend to get too ambition and then fall on their face. The LCHF thing tends to work a little better though on that front because...Bacon.I'm glad you know it. These diets are not sustainable. If it's some short term cleansing detox thing, sure...go for it but you need to settle into a complete mindset change.
You need a Caffeine fix. Hit a Redbull or a MonsterWhen my dad went off the bottle, caffeine helped him A LOT!

Lucky you...I crave a drink ALL DAY long. If you offered me a beer at 9am I would drink it.

Whose job doesn't? Drinking won't make your job suck less.
Chuck the booze. No point in having the temptation around.
