Becoming Healthy Again

As I am watching my calories as well as recording a diary of what I watch. It is quite scary what one usually eats and how things add up. No wonder so many people are overweight and no wonder I became so fat.

Yesterday and Today by far the worst. My mood has been going through so many ups and downs. One minute happy, next sad, then depressed, angro then normal etc. Ouch time for another pain killer

Be careful not to replace your craving for food and alcohol with pain killers ;)
That is just changing the problem, not solving it
 
Starting to get a bit more energy but I am suffering terribly from confusion and disorientation. Not to mention my poor muscles are starting to hurt like hell. Still irritable but that seems to have improved.
:wtf: Holy sht dude. Those are signs of delirium tremens - not just plain withdrawal. I'd seriously consider going to a doc....DTs have 35% mortality rate if untreated.

Lunch = Glass Of Full Cream Milk
Snack = Half an Avo
Dinner = 3 Fried Eggs In Butter. 500 gr of Pork Shoulder Chops aka 2

Just for the record I am not trying to starve myself or anything. I am only eating when I am hungry.

you should try eat something for lunch, even if you are not hungry.

also taking painkillers on an empty tummy...... :erm:

This is a crash diet destined for failure.
Have the eggs for breakfast and split the pork between lunch and supper with green veges like spinach, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and then some more green veges and salad.

500g for supper is suicide.

Painkillers and empty tummy do not go together.

Some clarity here, I had eaten half an avo before taking my pain killers. It was not a complete empty stomach.

yes but half a kilo of meat at night is overdoing it.

Ok reason I didn't split it correctly is that I was stuck in meetings all day yesterday. No having 500gr of meat at night wasn't probably the healthiest. However it must be better than eating a packet of chips with knocking back 8 glasses of wine.

Just for the record I am only eating when I am hungry. That is supposed to be point of adjusting to smaller and better portions.
 
Having said all of that I do appreciate all of the advice from you guys and gals
