I am consuming quite a lot of water as well as Green Tea (no milk and no sugar). My goal is to be under 40gr of Carbs a day. So for now I can at least have 1 to 2 glasses a day. It must surely be better than all the alcohol I used to consume.




Tonight might possibly be Bacon and Eggs With Mushrooms In Butter :D

How do I feel today?

Starting to get a bit more energy but I am suffering terribly from confusion and disorientation. Not to mention my poor muscles are starting to hurt like hell. Still irritable but that seems to have improved.

Also add some coconut oil to your cooked foods (the Bacon and eggs perhaps :)). It is taste and odorless thus you are simply packing in some more fats.

I drink a moderate amount still and it seems to be fine.

I drink either whiskey or vodka with a no sugar mix.

Tasteless coconut oil is not recommended, in the context of the healthy fats conversation, as it is generally very processed in comparison to virgin cold pressed coconut oil.

Must admit that I am glad I have decided not to have alcohol. Had a lot of water +black/green tea today. I'll be honest after the meeting I had today I could easily have drunked tonight. Opted for Lemon Water

Today
Breakfast = Black Tea (I wasn't hungry)
Lunch = Glass Of Full Cream Milk
Dinner = 3 Fried Eggs In Butter. Fried Mushrooms In Butter. Bacon Strips
 
Great job! I recently went down from 92 to 80.
Didn't really change my diet that much, just exercise alot and only eat the recommended portions. It was shocking to see how much I was overeating daily.

Mmmmm, I did not think of that. I do however have to admit that this LCHF diet could end up costing a pretty penny when all is said and done.

If your leg is broken do not bother putting it in a cast if you smoke....

If someone shoots you in the should do not worry about that bullet wound, just quite smoking...

As I am watching my calories as well as recording a diary of what I watch. It is quite scary what one usually eats and how things add up. No wonder so many people are overweight and no wonder I became so fat.

How are the muscle pains?

Yesterday and Today by far the worst. My mood has been going through so many ups and downs. One minute happy, next sad, then depressed, angro then normal etc. Ouch time for another pain killer
