Sadly everything goes up by 10% though I've not had a 10% increase in probably ten years.
 
So I posted an online query with Sloom on Friday; posted on their Facebook page early afternoon and still no response from them.
Not a good start sadly.

Weird. I've had really easy interactions with them so far. First double mattress neerly a year old now. Still great. Just ordered the second one. Arrived within about a week. Would recommend.
 
We bought our King EL Sloom about 6 months ago- just before the prices went up.

Still the best sleep I had in years with my back-pain reduced by about 80%.
 
Thinking about gettting a sloom mattress? Is it worth it? Meelu is around the same price.

Ordered a Sloom mattress last week and have been suitably impressed with the whole ordering and delivery process.

Unfortunately its not going to work for me, as it has made mine and the missus' back way too sore to the point that sleep is more than slightly problematic so pushing through for their 30/60 day period is just not gonna be possible so now I get to test the "100 night sleep trial" aspect of their service.

Is sloom not the one that has different layers so you can adjust the firmness?

Yes but since you're adjusting the firmness the bed will always sag. Why cloud nine beds only have mostly just one firmness level.
 
I've had my sloom for about 2 weeks now. So far so good.
Ordered on the Monday, delivered on the Wednesday.
My 2 criticisms are that the foam wasn't as neatly cut as I was expecting it to be. I was expecting something super smooth looking but fortunately I can't feel any foam imperfections.
Secondly, changing the foam around is a mission on the king xl.
Both aren't deal breakers though.
It looks like we will be keeping the mattress.
 
We have been using our Sloom ( King XL) for the past year or so.

Back much better and sleep like a baby.
 
Sorry to resurrect. I have a Cloud Nine which is about 12 years old. I'm looking at a sloom before the price jumps by R1000 :(

How are the Sloom owners experiencing their purchases of a couple of years old now?

Any codes around? Wouldn't mind some free pillows.

Probably had our sloom just over 3 years now. Still happy. Bought one of my kids the meelu and actually prefer it over the sloom.
