Best Web Design / Web Development courses in JHB?

Hi.

I am a Software and Web Developer, but want to further my skills in the design/graphical aspect.

I already have good skills in Web Development, i.e. the programming part, with ASP.Net MVC and SQL Server. My skills with regards to the graphical, layout and styling aspects are not that great. I come from a programming background, so my skillls in this area a bit bland. I know I have the creative drive to excel at it, but need a kickstart. I know the best teacher is time and experience, but right now I don't have time...

So I am looking for a good, intensive 1 week course in web design and development, that focuses on the following:
- CSS
- styling
- layout
- graphical aspects
- JQuery

The course needs to be based in JHB. Also, I am not looking for an HTML basics / Web design basics course. I need something advanced.

I know there are lots of good tutorials on the net, but I find it too distracting to learn like this. I just don't have the discipline.

What are your guys suggestions / recommendations?

Maybe you need a course in self-discipline, then you can do all the "advanced tutorials on the web"...
