I think Old Mutual pays bonuses twice a year. Also I believe asset managers have been having excellent bonuses.

If you went and worked underground (mine) you'd bonus at least 4 times a year depending on production.

We had a month strike and closed for 30 days, so I will paying my staff 11/12ths bonus on basic .... Applies to ALL staff regardless of position or rate of pay.

I, on the other hand get squat from the shareholder, thanks to a strike.
