Does anybody know if it's possible to get alerts set up on an MTN contract, that will let you know when your data bundle is about to run out? I'm pretty sure both Vodacom and Cell C has this.
Customer care says that I must use USSD or dial 16202 but this will mean I have to keep typing stuff into my phone. Why not make it proactive?
Alternatively it would be nice to block data once the bundle runs out, but that is a bit of a crummy solution, but also not even possible except if you change your contract to a topup and have no available call airtime - which I don't want to do...
