There is a trend to use potato buns. Problem is no bakers I know of makes them. And I'm no baker
bakery in CPT makes potato rolls ...is there genuinely potato in there ?
all i know its soft and tastes flippin good
So far no. The taste does not compliment the beef. I'm still searching for an option
That being said I'm trying the veggie burger with a whole wheat bun
There's a gluten free bun made by my local health shop that tastes the same as a normal white-bread bun. It's a little bit heavier, but it's damn good

@Wesleigh - see if you can find a show called Heston Blumenthal's In Search of Perfection. In one episode, he makes his ultimate burger, including a homemade flatter brioche bun.
