It's not that large. The camera is adding 10 pounds

The buns is too large

No it not. Not in real life

So which is it?
Is the bun not large because of the camera?
So then it stands to reason that the patty is also smaller?

I'll start with chicken wings first. Perfect those then move onto ribs. I don't want be like roccomammas on opening day

I admire your effort. I want to put something similar together here down in Durban, but proper BBQ as opposed to burgers. Going to start in in the markets, then maybe something more established.

Will be coming up to Jhb soon, maybe I'll get to sample some of your wares

In my opinion Durban is prime for a bbq smoke house like in southern America. Perhaps investigate that

That's the style I've been after, but don't have the investment for a full-on restaurant. So I'll be starting off small.
