I bought me some Whooosh and here's the results.

From Bryanston, Jhb on Speedtest.net
down : 7,33mbps
up : 1.96 mbps

To compare I tested the office ADSL 512 on Afrihost as well;
down : 0,11 mbps
up : 0.16mbps

Hopefully it'll be the same or better at home tonight!

I will update my results later. Using the Galaxy S as my modem, but I can tell you that I don't get anywhere near 2mb/s. I also disconnect roughly every 5 minutes. It does not disconnect completely though, it dies, and then after a while magically reconnects. I will get my dongle back on Tuesday with an update. Here is my location, pretty sucky eh?
