I'm on Vumatel, getting [-]packet loss[/-]high latency / low throughput to most destinations beyond 154.0.2.1 although it seems to come and go.

local speeds is fine for me, but international is broken

None of you have said anything about what sort of network you're on. Things are fine for me with Cool Ideas on Openserve.
