It's resolved, sorry for the delay.Any ETA on when the issue will be resolved?
Not much, if TTConnect dont resolve their line issue there isn't much else we can do as the ISP. It will get resolved though.Just trying to understand my situation here.. I pay you as an ISP but you mention an issue with TTConnect who I dont deal with directly right ? I know you guys dont have a lot of joy working with them but what can I do short of moving?
$ host assets-cdn.github.com
Host assets-cdn.github.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)
Can resolve fine on my side, what region are you in?Having some DNS failures:
Code:$ host assets-cdn.github.com Host assets-cdn.github.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)
Anyone else seeing this?
Yeah could have been their authoritive etc. Was it only that hostname you couldn't resolve?I'm in Johannesburg. It's working now, though, so I guess a temporary issue.
No area related issues we are aware of, have you logged it?Fibre seems to be down in Century City.
We get mixed results from Twitch at any given time with no changes and lots of capacity available. So we suspect the same.For any of the guys struggling with streaming to Twitch i found a work around thats working for me: https://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/932348-Possible-Twitch-Streaming-Solution
@PBCool definitely seems that twitch's internal network causes most of the issues. Probably prioritizing traffic based on ping. thus us South Africans get low priority. Or something to that effect.
Anyone with a Smokeping instance that would share their config folder?

Yes this unfortunately is area related not just line related so will take some time to get movement from TTConnect.Same issue today and no update on my ticket ?
Is it a newer version of Windows maybe, patch wise?@PBCool
Just as well I didn't get around to messing with my network setup. I bought a 1TB Samsung 850 EVO a few days ago and have been using it for around two days. My previous Windows 10 installation wasn't bloated up at all, but for some reason I'm getting 50Mbps upload with OneDrive's website since replacing my C drive with a fresh drive and fresh Win 10 Pro installation. Bizarre.
