Yeap we had a brief issue with a switch, apologies.

hey @PBCool My line has been going down since 3 March 2018. It seems that is keeps forgetting its configuration (blue flashing light) vumatel technicians fix it and then a week later it breaks again. Not getting anywhere with Vumatel right now. #COOL-20180403-90814

and now its up again :_:

Cool will escalate for you.

Morning PBCool

My internet this morning is dead. My ONT is flashing red. Do you know what’s going on?

I believe there is Maintenance planned for North riding, hopefully they resolve these issues asap.

What do you mean?

You just said, "Thanks the guys will log this with Octotel." There is only Vumatel laying fibre in my area. So, if I choose you as an ISP, and there is an issue, can you log "log this" as easily with Vumatel as you apparently can with Octotel?

We deal with line issues with every provider on a daily basis and Vumatel is one of the largest in the country so yes we can log line faults with Vumatel as easily :). Their Trenched network is far quicker for resolution as it's much simpler compared to the aerial/GPON side.
