happy CI customer today.

Vuma installed an hour ahead of schedule, done in 45minutes. Activated Cool Ideas via the vuma shop portal, 20 minutes later we're online and a strong 20up/20down and 4ms ping. Very impressed.
 
I thought I'd just post that I am loving my experience with Cool Ideas. I will admit that it was a calculated risk at the time. But I have absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Cool Ideas :love:

Can you let me know the area? Probably MFN fibre break or capacity. Do you have a ticket number for me?

Any issues? Suddenly experiencing timeouts and nothing loads. Vuma trenched in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
