Cool Ideas Fibre ISP - Feedback

[MENTION=394133]PBCool[/MENTION], my line came back at around 3pm but since then international speeds have gone to the dogs, any ideas?

This is a 200/200 Octotel line.

Even local speeds are down about 40Mbps on the downstream:

Looks like packet loss or saturation on the Octotel network.

We got a notice of an SADV outage in de zalze. So probably related.
