No idea unfortunately, maybe check with the bank or payfast?

Over it just maybe other customers might have a hard time, bank works just payfast seems to be super slow with ABSA. After it asked you to approve it just counts down from 60 and logs you out. Paid via FNB already to its sorted!

Cool thanks for the heads up anyways :)

So my account with CW ends at midnight and I assume I'll be without internet as of 00h01?

Am I able to use my phone to log into the Vumatel shop tomorrow morning and order the CISP package and have it activate immediately? I've already submitted my CISP application about a week ago.

If your CW account is shelved you can access the vuma portal directly to pick an ISP or package. You may need to reboot your router to do this though

Yeap this.

Curious,

What's up with all the local mirrors and CDN's sites? In the last few weeks I have noticed that Paul PBCool had to change many downloads to route via there international sites rather then local to get full line speed. One would expect that the local mirrors and CDN's are to be at full speed and international slower, but seems the other way around.

Are the local mirrors and CDN's hosted site doing some sort of throtteling to oposition ISP's or how does this all work. Just find it very odd and curious.

Just tried to download VLC, and was stupidly slow.

Mirrors work slightly different compared to CDNs, did you try one of the other mirrors?

Is it just me, or have there been issues downloading from international today? Specifically downloads/updates from Microsoft seem exceptionally slow.

Haven’t received invoices at all this side.. free month?

For May or June?
June invoice should arrive tomoorow, CISP invoice on the 1ste working day of each new month. CISP invoicing works different to other ISP's where you get your invoice between the 20th - 25th of a month.

For June. Usually get my first around the 29th and the second around the 30th.
Thus me asking

1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 was acting up earlier, not sure if that could play a roll.
I swithced back to the ISP assigned DNS's and all was back to normal for me, accept these slow downloads from local mirrors and CDN's I expiernce from time to time.
