If they are less than 5 users they can go for home, and it can be billed to the business.

Also they can claim even if it's billed to their personal detail from the business if they are an employee, it's allowed by SARS.

Thanks. Will pass that along. No doubt they'll be very relieved.

You can also elect to use payfast but obviously are more at risk for penalties and disconnects if payments aren't made in time.

I don't want to use payfast either. Will simply set up a scheduled payment from my bank account.

PBCool having some trouble getting a hold of you guys.

Trying to activate a new installation, VUMA canceled the previous tenant's this morning. Phone menu just loops (not responding to iPhone key presses) and emails not tended to yet :(

Phones seem fine? Is this related to an Openserve line move? As Openserves system isn't allowing any ISP to claim any lines at the moment, they are investigating but there is no ETA as yet.

Good on ye :)

Just signed up - although I think I clicked out of the link too soon after I submitted - was I supposed to get a reference number or something, or will it be sent via email?

Your stuff will be captured and you will get a mail with the rest :).

I don't think it would be related to Openserve.

On the phones, the pabx picks up but is not responding to any keypresses. Tried from iPhone X and 7. Just need an activation to be done on your end since I can't reach the shop.vumatel.co.za any longer :( Vuma has escalted this to their techs.

Received an email from Cool Ideas but asked me to activate via portal (which I'm unable to access):(

There was a Vodacom issue, but we have tested with multiple phones without issue. Do you have your object number for me? PM it to me if you can.

Good afternoon

I’ve ordered a fibre installtion via the Vumatel website and chose Cool Ideas as ISP. Do I still need to order via CISP website or will Vuma arrange that part?

You still need to complete the application form on our side for billing etc :)

Think Cool Ideas may be going down hill from my current experience. Maybe it's just the connect team. Don't really seem interested in getting me connected!
(Okay... It is just the Connect team - PBCool has just sorted me out in a matter of minutes... How come I had to call 4 times and email 3 times to not get an answer... One MyBB and everything sorted!)

Last time I moved house they were excellent. This time it's just been broken promises and no communication.

Three days after OpenServe installed I'm still waiting (despite promises from connect) for the details I need to put into my router. Someone at connect has decided to post me a new one, despite numerous conversations about me having a router from my old place. Emails go unanswered, phone calls I get told -- I can't actually help you, someone else will have to call back... You need to wait until tomorrow.

Come on Cool Ideas... Sort it out (apart from PBCool, you're the best!). You're doing a worse job than Telkom right now!!!

Sorry to hear of your frustrations, I will investigate what happened. Unfortunately we do rely on Telkom to hand the line over to us before issuing an account, did you call after 5pm when connect has left? I can give you a temp account so long if you like? Openserve have been a nightmare at the moment.

Sent you a PM.

I call yesterday at 7PM - connect wasn't there, I was told to me.
No response by 11AM so I called... they called back
They said they needed Telkom to do something --- good customer service would chase Telkom after they did the scheduled install... (i.e. 3 days ago).
Nothing for a few hours -- I get an email saying they are sending a new router...
I call AGAIN - tell them I don't need a new router, I already have one of yours. Am told "okay we will email you details in 10 mins"
NOTHING received...
It gets to 5:05 and I realise they haven't sent... so I call... too late... try again Monday!

Come on guys, get your act together. If YOU need to do something after Telkom visit, then set a reminder in your calendar, rather than waiting for upset customers (upset mainly by moving house, rather than by you... until of course the internet doesn't work!)

Maybe I was just VERY lucky last time I moved and you guys were ALL over it.
