What i seem to have noticed last night was that after 9pm the packet loss every now and then seems to go away. Its rather weird though as i still always get my download and upload.

problems further down the line with steam ?
Never had these issues though with Telkom LTE

I seem to be having issues connecting to Slack and Dropbox again (from CPT). Last time it was a DNS issue.

Anyone else?
 
New customer to Cool Ideas, these are hops on the Cool ideas network to London, there is a constant fluctuation in ping time, depending on the route its taking through your network. Seems to randomly switch between the two routes, any time of day.

When sent from 154.0.3.XXX to 154.0.1.146, latency is great.
When sent from 154.0.4.XXX to 154.0.1.146, latency is 13ms higher.

Are yours consistently back to normal now? I do get the odd one where things are 20ms.. but 99% of the time it's 160-220ms

Last night I didn't have any issues at all. I'll have to check again tonight when I get home. Will let you know.
 
Hi, I'm new to CI .. axxess had a vpn that allowed me to check my home camera ... does CI have a similar service, or would i have to register a domain ... i know there are free ones available online .. but i was wondering if CI had the same service available

Yes we are seeing around 10ms overhead on one of our carriers to London since this morning, it's been logged with them.

We dont have a gigabit service on offer as yet, still need to finalise a bunch of things for it.

What kind of VPN service did they offer? You can just use a dyndns service for this?
