Activated my account on Friday after installation was done. Getting in excess of 100mbps downloads, but only 78mbps uploads.

I have the same thing on my 200/200 line, are you testing on a windows machine? Iv found that on mac OS on my macbook pro it will max out the upload whereas on my windows machine ill get 155mbps or so on a speedtest.

I phoned support 3 times already and every time they say they will have technician assigned and will phone us back. Still haven't received any calls, our business is basically standing still.

The upload to Vuma ISP Handoff most of the time seems to be slower, however I have seen some rare occasions where it will reach full line speed.

Just one quick question, I've gotten an update through the tickets that "the line has been upgraded / invoice to follow" but when I look under my services it still says 'FTTH-OPENSERVE-DATAONLY-40/20Mbps'. This will change right?

Then my invoices lists old payments, but that's fine as support said invoice to follow.

I was downloading some torrents on the weekend, and even with tons of seeders, i was getting 1/10th of my line speed. bearing in mind am on the 100/10Fibre package.

Did the same. Maxed out my 100/100's download...

Looks fine now, seemed to have dropped for about 20-30 minutes... Site and relay where both unreachable

Yeah cool, the hosting guys were moving some stuff around I think as in the VM.

What server are you testing your speed against? I can check on my end, also have 200/200 with Octotel in Table View area.
