I see. I don't know how to diagnose my issue then. I can't stream high quality content (5GB over an hour) without my stream pausing. My Rain LTE doesn't have these issues.
The issue mainly occurs early evenings. The only thing I've noticed is my Fibre throughput drops around those times whereas my Rain speeds are consistent throughout the day.
Any advice on what I can do to diagnose this issue?

You guys are great but you really need to employ more support personnel.
It's like a personal filehost of sorts. What I do is through Kodi I manage my library and stream it via HTTP from the seedbox.
Thanks, we manage the support staff based on a few metrics of company growth, hold times etc, What seems to be the problem?

Is there a capacity problem with the Vumatel network in JHB?

If you Citrix in there should be a hostname you connect to? You can PM me the IP, The Vumatel network is vast and split between aerial and trenched so you need to be more specific, but there is no known congestion currently.
This often depends on multiple factors, if there is an area wide issue due to a provider outage we will be flooded and there is backlog. So unfortunately we do our best but are not going to employ twice the staff count for these random occasions. It is something we monitor and manage very closely.
That seedbox might have poor connectivity to South Africa...
