Culprit seems to be the hop between 154.0.3.133 and several other nodes (154.0.3.22, 154.0.4.46, 154.0.4.117, uv9-cust.coolideas.co.za, etc.) - I am experiencing anywhere between 5% to around 20% packet loss on that hop.

Definitely something wrong with local traffic, getting 30 - 40% packet loss and 40 ping. International looks fine.

Sort of, as soon as I am routed via utq-cust.coolideas.co.za, 154.0.4.105, or 154.0.4.54, I start experiencing packet losses of greater than 5%.

Edit: You can add uvd-cust.coolideas.co.za to the list above.

Do you have an MTR?

Do you have an MTR as well for me? And which fibre network?

Logged a ticket with support, will wait there reply not going to go into details here as I am getting frustrated and know this it not the forum to raise this.
