Hi PBCool

I know you may not be able to assist but I'm hoping you can-

I'm using smartdnsproxy to access US Netflix and Hulu, but the quality is really bad. 320p, at best 720p. I'm using an Apple TV 4k, directly connected to my router.

I'm on the 100/100 package... Anyway I can improve my connection??

Culprit seems to be the hop between 154.0.3.133 and several other nodes (154.0.3.22, 154.0.4.46, 154.0.4.117, uv9-cust.coolideas.co.za, etc.) - I am experiencing anywhere between 5% to around 20% packet loss on that hop.

Definitely something wrong with local traffic, getting 30 - 40% packet loss and 40 ping. International looks fine.

Should be stable again?
Sort of, as soon as I am routed via utq-cust.coolideas.co.za, 154.0.4.105, or 154.0.4.54, I start experiencing packet losses of greater than 5%.

Edit: You can add uvd-cust.coolideas.co.za to the list above.
