Do you have an MTR as well for me? And which fibre network?

Logged a ticket with support, will wait there reply not going to go into details here as I am getting frustrated and know this it not the forum to raise this.

Yes tool that provides a traceroute and the loss along a path, I presume this is what you are using which is where you are getting the loss amounts from? So just looking for the full path and the loss to each that you are seeing.

Oh yeah, I'm just using a piece of software called PingPlotter.

One of the core routers at IS Parklands ran into an issue.

Is the issue 100% resolved and at what time was it resolved? I was doing speedtests around 8PM and was getting less than 1Mbps to international so not sure if that is because of the issue you're referring to or something else which I'm using the iperf tests to try and diagnose...

Issue is 100% resolved on our side, your ongoing issue we still need the test results for.

I was experiencing some major issues with my PS4 yesterday at around 20:00 till about 21:00.
The party I was in started to loose serious quality, and I was getting major lag in game as well, with a constant message of connecting to server popping up.
Is there any tests I can run next time I am experiencing this to better help you identify the issue? Or do you already know of it?

but that was at 6pm, mine was 2 hours later, and up to that point it was perfectly fine

Nope he posted between 08:19PM - 08:42PM about the issue , I think your time zone settings here on the forum profile is set wrong.

This past weekend the line was constantly dropping, at random intervals (longest i saw connected was 25min), then there is slow connectivity which a router reboot helps, but this shouldn't be happening.

And today the line is completely down again 3rd time! No WAN, I am getting a little frustrated with this constant unstable line.

TTConnect is having major issues on their network, it's been degraded since Saturday morning, we haven't received any tangible feedback from anyone there including their CEO. Basically they are just terrible at providing any information to their partner ISPs.
