On this same subject, anybody that play CSGO on CI, do you also have packetloss ?
Just want to see if I am an isolated case, been keeping support busy over a month and they are stumped.

Yeah have seen the same on our graphs, unrelated to DDoS more longhaul related.Ok I just now also experienced the packet loss at 6:45pm it started. Packet loss would spike to 19% then go back to 0%.
Incredibly difficult to catch with an MTR, which doesn't show it as packet loss, but I do see latency spikes.

Hop #4 , check the _worst_ column, that shows what I see. Lasts for 5 seconds, then go back to normal. All the hops 4-9 all at the same time.
Seems to have stabilised looking at our graphs.Yeah have seen the same on our graphs, unrelated to DDoS more longhaul related.

Sure are you in Cape Town? We have received lots of reports with poor performance on Frogfoots network in Cape Town.PBCool: PB can you have a look at ticket COOL-20180711-122832 for me. Issue is slow international tcp speeds on frogfoot. Local speeds, latency and udp speeds both local and international are good but tcp is below par. Local speeds and international udp is 93-96 mbps while international tcp is getting at max 40mbps.

Well that's good news, so might be limited to an OLT or area then.Weird. I’m on Frogfoot in CPT and my performance has been rock solid since activation last Wednesday.
The outage today was unrelated, their feedback is as follows:
"We were working to have finalised the plan to migrate your routes within our core routes today. However a few outstanding items remain, still to be resolved. We have a 10:00am session with our engineers tomorrow to settle and resolve the outstanding items, and we can confirm the plan to implement the changes afterwards."
Unfortunately we get charged in full as well, frustration for all parties involved trust me.

But isn't this what I have been complaining about? What exactly does longhaul mean?
If other people who have also complained in the last couple of days in regards to latency issues and in game packet drops, then how can you say it is a fault on my line?

Ahhhhhh ok, I understand.
I am not with Frogfoot though, with Vuma.
I will pm you the IP details so that they can check it out.
