I wish that was true, I tried Paris, Berlin and Barcelona, same story....

That is besides the point, CISP international transit links to London, so if there is a actual problem on the transit then CISP will pick it up, like the switch to EASSY yesterday. Whatever goes wrong in London and beyond CISP has no direct control over.
So if there is some problem in London it will be problematic to everywhere else beyond that point.

Indeed makes sense, however, the problem still persists to London, lucky if I get 2.5 megs speed at this stage to the Vodafone server and others....

I am getting 50+% on my international

To Vodafone London

There could be issue in London, also on the actual networks and servers the speed tests are running from.

More than likely congestion or packet loss on the layer2 in your case. We have no network related issues currently.

That's great but what are you guys doing about this with Evocr@p? This has been ongoing for months and I am paying Cool Ideas not layer2

My latest glorious Speedtest, all day by the way since morning - this is the speed I am getting, do you think this is ok for R1000 per month?

Getting terrible lag spikes to EU, up to 400ms.

@PBCool is there anything going on the network?

If there are issues in the West again which seems to be the case it is more than likely AEx again. I have requested feedback on it.

Does North Riding fall under west/Aex?
Just saw a spike on the interface which looks to be back to normal levels, can you check on your side for me? Evotel and AEx claim there is nothing wrong as normal.
