Sure on it.@PBCool I just replied to this ticket, but can you perhaps look into it or put a priority on it?
Getting one reply a day or non at all over a weekend is not a good outlook for trying to get things solved.

Then it's a case of logging into https://shop.vumatel.co.za and ordering your new package, make sure you don't cancel your old. You also need to make sure you have a gigabit router etc for the service to work as it should.
Do you have a ticket number for me to look into? Usually this means the line hasn't been handed to us as yet.CPE box all good and ready since last week. PON light solid green. Got my own dual band fibre-ready router. Still waiting for account to be "activated", though. And here I thought this was the easy part wrt getting fibre internet. ;p

Cool.Last I've heard now is that I finally should be receiving the PPPoE details before 5pm. So hopefully that turns out to be the case.
Have these links recovered as yet?
Cool.
I see your details were issued in this ticket? So now I received a call from one of your agents asking me to register on Cool Ideas so they can send me a router.
I explained I am already registered and have an account with you guys. How can they not see that. lol
In any case, kindly check out for me ticket no: -20180903-141675
Thanks.
Thanks, glad you're sorted.Have to commend @PBCool and the CISP team.
I ordered my 100/50mb line via them last week Tuesday and it was installed Friday last week. Had an issue with my line only running 40/50mb on download but when troubleshooting on my side with a different router it ran full tilt. My old router was anyway on the fritz, and ordered a new one already.
Throughout the process CISP agents phoned me on various occasions and spoke with me in my native tongue (Afrikaans) which really surprised me and also told me what they're doing from their side.
Overall I'm more than satisfied with my choice of service provider, well done Cool Ideas, keep up the good work!![]()

First through us, lead time is unfortunately the same from the provider (a week or two) but this is usually a worst case scenario.I just got the keys to my newly built apartment. There is a frogfoot box with the yellow wires already installed.
Will it be best to sign up through the frogfoot website or via the cool ideas website?
And how long does activation take when the line is already installed and only has to be activated?
