Hi there, have you tried phoning and speaking to our connect team? Email tickets are combined with applications so can often cause delays. Calling is a fast form of communications. If you have and are still not winning let me know. SADV often say they have notified us yet they have not.
Can you give me a ticket number or PM me your account details for me to escalate?Phoned at 11AM this morning ... was told I'll have an answer by 2PM.
Still nothing.

There seems to be routing issue to the Telkom network on CISP IP range of 155.93.247.x with traffic going via London. After a router restart, I got an IP in the 155.93.230.x range where the routing is back to normal.

Sorted?
Well sounds like it after speaking to the CISP lady just before 5PM yesterday, but still no service light on my router this morning.
Is this normal and just a case of having to wait the 12-24Hr time for ISP activation or might there be something else wrong?
EDIT: I'm basically asking since I'm still a bit paranoid after resetting the CPE last week. Not sure if that could cause a problem even though SADV confirmed they see me on the network etc.
Oh, and on the CISP services page... does the "SADV Fibre Line" item turn to active once the activation is done?
Apologies for all the questions. But I'm sure I can't be the only one who's wondering how all this works.
No if they have issued your PPP details then you should be good to go, those screenshots are they from the CPE or your router?
You shouldnt have access to the CPE, so I suspect the factory reset has de-provisioned the service. Let me reach out and see what I can do.Those are from the CPE... not good news then. Crap.

SADV say it's still provisioned, so what happens when you plug a router in with your PPP details? Not connection? You shouldnt have access to the CPE, so I suspect the factory reset has de-provisioned the service. Let me reach out and see what I can do.
