I'm on openserve 200/100. Just ran a speedtest - ping 60ms, down 184Mbs, up 0,24Mbs. Connection is almost unuseable.

Just re-ran speedtest now:

ping 117, down 0.49, up 0.18

Back to the days of dialup

Hi PBCool, seems like the issue is back again. It seems the same is happening that was going on 2 months or so ago when Openserve's network had latency issues during peak hours. Last night at 10pm it was perfect, 6ms local, now the latency is down to 65+ average locally with 6% loss. There is definitely an issue somewhere.

Yeah Openserve have a major outage affecting all traffic to Teraco, same as yesterday which was resolved but has happened again. I am hoping for an update after 1PM.

Openserve traffic levels look to be normalising again, but they can't confirm all links are restored yet.

Hi Guys

Please may I ask to run https://www.bandwidthplace.com/ test, stating what fiber network and speed.

EDIT: Please blank IP.

Can you give me your ticket number so I can investigate?

Hi

I submitted a ticket a few weeks ago but got the typical response of working together to troubleshoot
I cant troubleshoot issue after issue. There has been a total service degradation. Can you PM me to discuss.

(Vumatel trenched, 200/200) Seems to be hitting a limit somewhere because it maxes out at 50 Mbps for no apparent reason.

@PBCool

Are you aware of any movement regarding the SACS cable ?
Nothing yet, they were planning on hopefully going live in October but havent heard anything further, so I think we will be lucky if it's this year.

"Nunes expects to finalise testing of Sacs by the end of July or early August. “One issue is the data centre in Fortaleza is a little bit late (in construction), so we need a way to start deploying the service on the Sacs system before the data centre is ready. It will not be later than September.”

As PBcool said...probably not his year.. :(
