I have managed to add the 200/20 service on the vumatel site. However, the cool ideas site is still showing 100/10.
Can you please confirm my provisioning for 200/20?
I will PM you.

I got your PM I will assist you directly, there's obviously something wrong that we will need to troubleshoot and resolve, be it a line or internal issue.@PBCool, I think your 200/200 package doesnt really work, or perhaps it is not optimised well at all. It seems I made a huge mistake by upgrading thinking that I will get the same level of quality connection as 100/100, but it seems its even worse.
I have been getting pathetic speeds the whole weekend... For instance youtube streams with 70mbps only to international servers, strugles even to go pass 120mbps on local. P2P seems limited to 5-7MB/s (even downloading ubuntu.iso which always gives full speeds). I really find the 200/200 waste of money at the moment as I really had bad experience with it so far...

I dont know you would probably say the issue is on Vumatel side or advise me to check the speeds directly through the CPE, but the local speeds are maxing the line with 1ms latency, so the problem is actually with any sort of international connection.
Please resolve this, i really dont want to have this bad feeling about your service...

Via wireless? I don't see a difference in load time.

Traffic is treated the same over all links so if there is an issue it would be a layer2 problem. It's not something under our control.

I do want to say however, being able to upload to google drive at 200mbps is absolutely ****ing amazing.
Worth every penny for that alone.
Operator provides layer2 from home to our handover point, from there it's routed over our network. If this is done with 4Mbps or 1Gbps the traffic routes and is treated the exact same way.Meaning? - educate us please
No it means there is something wrong as per my other post traffic routes the same. The only difference between 100Mbps and 200Mbps is done on the layer2 side not on our side. Do you know if your IP changed after the upgrade?Ok, does that mean that we have to accept the bad performance on the 200/200 as you dont have a control over it? Hmm, not the answer I was expecting...

Hmmm, is there a reason why my torrents max out at 100mb? Seeds are very good, premium torrent site.
