Yeah, we haven't received any notices from Vumatel.

Current Status Technicians have localised the fault and have started repairs
Area/s Affected: Constantia Kloof, Discovery, Florida, Helderkruin, Riverview, Roodekrans, Florida Lake, Honeydew Manor, Amarosa
Network Type Affected: GPON Network Incident Description: Fibre Broke due to construction work in the area
Network Incident Impact: Residents will have no connectivity

I will be impressed if they manage to fix a fibre break that quick!

My line was back up at 06:50. I guess with aerial fibre, the bad news is: you get fibre breaks more often, the good news: the breaks are easier and faster to repair

@PBCool - Any general issues in Parkhurst? I have had zero internet connection since just after 18:00 last night. I have logged a support ticket after rebooting my CPE and router.

Look youtube.co.za and even google dns in your graph is up.
