Lots of international sites are mirrored locally to save on costs. Eg. I can open CNN.com but I can't access the BBC.
 
No changes on the graph to London. Maybe a transit issue?
 
So help me out lads. I have an open ticket with Cool Ideas. Jacques requested I run iperf and winmtr tests. Here are the results. Anything in there explain my poor upload speeds to Dropbox?

From my testing last night it seemed nothing international could get past [154.0.1.13] on a tracert.

I know thats the hop before we hit London.

If it's urgent I would recommend calling in, updating a ticket constantly unfortunately actually delays the response and action as it keeps moving the ticket to the back of the queue. I see the link down has been logged with SADV.
