That ping to Ashburn is pretty good. Wonder what it would be like from JHB

There is obviously something seriously wrong at Cool Ideas. This on off again performance is getting frustrating.

It feels like Cool Ideas has run out of capacity and is bouncing it around continuously

Could you tell us which website you are struggling with... There is nothing wrong with our links. You are the only customer who has a problem....

Seriously? This thread shows there are issues. Are your staff trained to respond dishonestly or are they just ignorant.

We killed off the Eassy capacity and using SAT3 which has resolved the performance portion.

Hi guys. I trust you are well? I have been with CISP for 6 months now. The reason I changed ISPs was be because I used to get alot of buffering when streaming overseas movie sights. When I changed to cisp it was perfect for the first 2 months. And then it began... I ts now back to how it was with my previous ISP. All my con sections are cabled yet I still have this issue. I dont know much about these things so dont know how to find the actual fault. Some say its cpe. Please advise if there is anything that can be done. Thank you
