@PBCool - not sure I'd say the performance problem has been resolved... I have almost 7 % packet loss.

Has the routing to Miami etc via Angola cables been disabled at the moment ?
Lastly would it be best to use the 154.0.1.1 DNS of yours for the best routing ?

We killed off the Eassy capacity and using SAT3 which has resolved the performance portion.

Looking glasses showed that traffic was using Angola Cables but now I see it is using HE. With a prepend x 3 times. Now i assume that HE is running over the SAT3 system?

No back on WACS.

What does an MTR look like as we have no loss like that to London?

Hi guys. I trust you are well? I have been with CISP for 6 months now. The reason I changed ISPs was be because I used to get alot of buffering when streaming overseas movie sights. When I changed to cisp it was perfect for the first 2 months. And then it began... I ts now back to how it was with my previous ISP. All my con sections are cabled yet I still have this issue. I dont know much about these things so dont know how to find the actual fault. Some say its cpe. Please advise if there is anything that can be done. Thank you
You fail to mention which fiber network and area.

Looks like Vox's SACS link is doing well

CISP not yet there...
can you check your ping to a USA azure server or something ? Via the vox as im super keen on the sacs

here is a AWS one to try out elasticloadbalancing.us-east-2.amazonaws.com
elasticloadbalancing.us-west-1.amazonaws.com

And 6pm comes and international is borked again.

Anyone on CI / Vumatel / Randburg with no problems?
