Streaming Real Debrid links on 200mb Vuma Aerial sucks. It never works.

They give you a couple of links to try, to which you report the speed of each. They then go away and i guess optimize the routing based on your ISP ( or so i'm led to believe ). It made a difference for me for sure. I couldn't stream anything with them either, but this exercise made the experience a lot better for me. I still get buffering on the large DTS-HD MA links but the regular DD and DTS links works fine for the most part......when my link "works at full capacity"
 
Although in mitigation, I was on Vox for around 6 weeks and the performance wasn't much better. In fact it was worse by about 20%.

I think the point is, the issues most likely reside on the Fibre suppliers end and not the ISP. But the ISP is the conduit between the customer and the fibre supplier so first convince the ISP that the line is under performing and then the ISP escalates to the supplier.

Agreed, CISP has been very helpful in trying to pinpoint my international download issue, which I believe to be Frogfoot related.

In fairness, all my media streams 4K no problem, only real issue is international http downloads, and since my main usage on my line is media streaming it doesn’t affect me very much at all and my overall experience since signing up with CISP has been very positive.

I think the layer 2 fibre networks have become overwhelmed with the sudden jump in masses of people with high speed fibre lines and are battling to keep up with their capacity on the international links.

I stream off my Nvidia Shield using Cyberflix not on a pc. I’ve spoken to PBCool about it before and there’s no solution apparently.

I also stream from my Shield - Interestingly enough - as we speak, i am streaming Youtube 4K off of it right now with no problem.

Sigh . . .

YouTube has never been an issue for me. My only issue is RD. Everything else works perfectly (Netflix, YouTube). CISP + RD = Crap (in my case).
