Vox?Dude, just cancel. They not going to fix it. May as well find another ISP.
Think it's time to switch to Openserve. At least then one has the option to switch between more than one ISP. Pricier though.

Vox?Been there, done that, dude it was crap, almost as bad as CISP is now...
but I always got the impression that they were trying to assist. The hoops they jumped through for me....?!! Nah, dude, Vumatel is 70% of the problem here and they the new Helkom. Have you tried dealing with their support staff?? I actually have more confidence in Openserve!!

Considering moving back to Web Africa and Openserve. Was rock solid before with them my old house. I notice some complaints about them but I hardly had any issues and of those, nothing that was significant.Hey guys, been browsing this thread for the last hour reading the issues. I'm having huge packet loss issues and wouldn't you know it, CISP support is closed for the evening. On a Friday Night. In 2018.
I want to switch my provider - is this doable right now, and I mean RIGHT NOW, on the Vumatel portal?
How about London/Los Angeles? Local speed test are always full speed...View attachment 577264Openserve 200/100
