@PBCool If you're around, please take a look. Maybe one of them "flapping links" or whatever it's called. Always on this vuma aerial network :(

Tried jamming RoE with my mates last night - Constant desync / rubber banding and disconnects made it pretty unbearable - ended up shutting down just after 10 :(

Bad packet loss - again.

And how is this speedtest on an international connection - I have a 100/100 line:

Compare that to local at the moment:

Anyone have any feedback from support as to the packet loss problem. Worked the whole week wanting to play some games. This really blows.

Packet loss should be resolved on backhaul, please let me know if you are still seeing anything.

Can you confirm if CI had any issues on their side recently or is it the last mile vendors again?
Backhaul issue was on our network and affected Vumatel Trenched and Aerial in JHB.

The packet loss I've been getting since last night and logged a ticket about earlier this morning has stopped on my end.

It appears better on my side as well now, would this have affected Evotel as well in North Riding? You only mentioned Vumatel

Also, if this was logged last night, why are we not getting proactively notified of these issues if this was on CISP side?

And I am STILL having RD issues. When are you going to sort this out PBCool? It was working much better before your backhaul issue and now it’s gone to the crappers again.
