Can we buy a VoIP phone ourselves and then cool ideas can configure or we have to buy the one they provide ??
You can use whatever VoIP phone you like but you will need to configure it with SIP details.

Above related to our FrogFoobt international issue or two different issues? If its not the same, were are we currently with resolving the FF international issue.
Different, one is last mile.

Erm no it's not.. you need to place an order with your upstream provider, takes a few business days.
Our network doesnt work that way, we can upgrade international on the same day as we have our own POP in London.

RD is crap again tonight. Seems like CISP just cannot get this one right. Very disappointing.

PBCool, how do I cancel my services with you?

few more questions :-
- can I configure the SIP details myself or do I have to take the phone to some place ?
- is there any specific brand/model version of phone required or any phone that says VOIP will work ?

Twitch is way better tonight for me:

Just uh ignore the values, my router sometimes spazes out.

Compared to yesterday at the same time:

Yeah, RD is dead in the water, except lower quality streams plays ok. Come 11pm it will be just fine, and I'll be able to stream up to 4k . Guess moaning about it is not going to get us anywhere though. I'll give Paul and them a chance to see what they can find, maybe this can somehow be solved.

Like i said before, instead of just complaining every night, I'm more than willing to do tests for them from this end to help find where the issue lies, they just need to let me (or anyone else for that matter) know what i/we need to do, and ill/we'll do it.

Yeah no sorry, my patience has run out with CISP. I’v been complaining about RD issues for well over a year and I was shrugged off and given every single other excuse in the book. Even went and bought another streaming device because I was told my device could be faulty. Yeah, the blame was shifted to everything else other then CISP network and now that more people are complaining CISP finally admits its at fault and STILL cannot solve it.

Edit: And I sure as hell have ZERO interest running any tests for them. It’s not my job to run their tests. I’m a consumer and I expect it work as it should.

Various... 264 and 265...I use a nvidia shield over 1gb/s ethernet btw. When i say dead i mean it plays for a few seconds then starts buffering constantly. But when i play the same media after about 11pm it plays fine.

Honestly, the experience for me has been great from this weekend. As I said, not a glitch. I played 1080p Dolby, DTS files and it didn't even stutter. Unfortunately I cannot play 4k. 25 megs not good enough for 4k international streams. . Happy thus far though. Not sure what's going on on your end.

Are you streaming RD links?

Are you streaming Twitch on your PC or via an android box? If on PC the alternate player for twitch browser plugin works wonders. I know one shouldn't be using additional tools to get something working, but hey, it does make a difference (as in let me stream in source).

On my Mi Box I can't stream Twitch in source consistently if I don't use my Vox fatpipe account. If I leave it on auto it gets the job done but the drop in quality does detract from the experience.

My real debrid is still working flawlessly. 1080p and 4k . No buffering at all.
