I'm pleased with the new routing for South America. I now actually have slightly lower latency in Battlefront 2 to Brazil than I do to Germany so I have two options (albeit that neither are ideal).

Does traffic to the US now go through Brazil? Has it lowered latencies to the US at all?

Not really we have been testing across our international and IS transit and the performance is quite similar. But we are still busy, the difficulty is doing the tests between time windows of peak.

Ja - and that's exactly when it needs testing, coz that's when we all shout blue murder !!! How bout doing some overtime ;-)

@PBCool vumatel installed the CPE and I am getting an orange light on it. the vumatel home page comes up when i connect my computer to it. What should I do next ?
I understand u need to send a router to me but in the meantime can I connect using a Lan cable ?

When is the right time to order? I want to order the Nitro Cool package on Frogfoot from CISP, but I'm unsure when to place the order. Should I place after I cancelled Telkom completely or can I already place before cancellation is completed and just set an installation date for whenever?

Going to look through the list and see what else there is. I’m thinking of trying VOX, I know their service is rubbish but some people don’t seem to have issues with their streaming.

I’v already tested VOX with RD and not a single issue with buffering.

Your timing has to be good as well. As far as I know it a full calendar to cancel with most ISPs.

I really want CISP to sort their sh#t out so I don’t have to go through all this crap. Unfortunately they can’t seem to get it right and I can’t keep paying 1.5k for something that doesn’t work the way I need it to.
