@PBCOOL - I am extremely livid and rather pi***sed off that i have been keeping up with the worst service for the past two months or so and whenever i call in I am told to do speed test and given some wishy washy explanations. Whatever you have done to my service you need to be open with your clients as you advertise your service as uncapped and unshaped. Everyday for the past month or so, between 6 pm and 10 pm, the service has been shiat! with most of my streams buffering non stop. I am paying 799 PM for a 20mb line speed but I cant even use it when I need to do so. I have had enough and I am with you for the last month. Very disappointing an ISP that is getting praises from everyone. When i signed up in January everything was hunky dory, until around July when all of sudden everything started go down to the crapper.

Hi, local seems fines, but my international died, getting 6k ping to the UK servers

@PBCool everything just died on SADV. Speed tests vary between normal and really schit. Can't get any gaming done, can't even connect to XB Live. What's happening?

Even local is hardly loading, same as Ajan, took ages to load this page, intl times out

Can confirm that my 200/200 is shiat as well. Can't even load a speedtest, websites are so slow. This is on Fibrehoods/Vuma-Aerial. This is definitely a Cool Ideas problem. Is this the beginning of the end for Cool Ideas? Is it time to find a new ISP? I don't really want to, so I'm hoping PBCool sorts this out ASAP.

Would help if there was extended support hours like I've suggested here multiple times. This crap always happens outside business hours!

ok, so it isnt just me. Good to know. Wonder if this is a CISP issue or something else.

Same here/ I have to use my 3G on my phone just to get online. No SMS to advise of system downtime?

I agree, that pisses me off actually. The fact that they don't have support after hours. Wtf! I'm really starting to worry about Cool Ideas network and more importantly support. I'm starting to see more and more people complaining which is worrying.

My line is down as well - CISP/Metrofibre. Second time my line is going down after joining two weeks ago. Really disappointed.
