Cool Ideas Fibre ISP - Feedback

Cool Ideas network is broken. Maybe it's time to move on. Now I look like a bloody idiot as i'v been recommending Cool Ideas to all my neighbors and praising them, bringing Cool Ideas new business and now this.

same problem on vuma aeriel morningside 200/200 is dead in the water
very frustrating 1st issue since i got my fibre last month
hope we get an honest answer on whats going on

You'll have to wait till tomorrow because Cool Ideas does not offer 24/7 support and PBCool is probably sleeping by now.
 
My CISP wishlist:
1. After hours support
2. Live-chat support (to support 1.)
 
Also having issues on Cool Ideas. Local seems fine, but even Twitter takes forever to load up.
 
It's definitely not Vumatel, it's Cool Ideas. I'm on Frogfoot Fibre and I can barely do anything on the internet.
 
I came here to check if it was just me, turns out it isn't....

Getting about 10% line speed at the moment and pings are through the roof (on 50/5)

This is the first time I've experienced any network issues with CISP though, but I just hope we get a thorough answer and prompt fix. I have faith that they'll come through for us though :)
 
Yeap issue at Teraco the guys are investigating the cause, please bare with us.
 
Just a note.. updating customers on twitter and myBB doesn't make sense as we are struggling to actually get online.
SMS notifications?? Telegram?? Pidgeons??
