Great, thanks.

I'll do the test tonight as I didn't want to leave my PC on to drain my UPS during loadshedding today.

I am looking at getting a battery solution at home to connect to the CPE and modem. Does Vumatel Fibre stay up during loadshedding or will I just be wasting my time?

imgur is a known problem with CISP, and I am not sure where the problem lies. At this stage I suspect its part of the Octotel FAIL

How do we get it addressed.


Creating a ticket results in a support engineer asking me in two days time to do a speed test.

CISP -> Imgur is a problem - however it seems impossible to address

I currently cant access any international site. Take it this is this due to the loadshedding?

Openserve 100/50 Northern Suburbs Cape Town.

Any else have same issue ?
