I'll do the test tonight as I didn't want to leave my PC on to drain my UPS during loadshedding today.

imgur is a known problem with CISP, and I am not sure where the problem lies. At this stage I suspect its part of the Octotel FAIL
 
I am looking at getting a battery solution at home to connect to the CPE and modem. Does Vumatel Fibre stay up during loadshedding or will I just be wasting my time?

In my experience, yes, the fibre stays up. (Blairgowrie/Linden)

How do we get it addressed.


Creating a ticket results in a support engineer asking me in two days time to do a speed test.

CISP -> Imgur is a problem - however it seems impossible to address

Creating a ticket results in a support engineer asking me in two days time to do a speed test.

CISP -> Imgur is a problem - however it seems impossible to address

Works fine on my end. Are you using 1.1.1.1 as DNS?
 
Had load shedding and now with power back on the power light is flashing.

Any ways for me to address this on my end? Or should I just wait it out?

I currently cant access any international site. Take it this is this due to the loadshedding?

Openserve 100/50 Northern Suburbs Cape Town.

Any else have same issue ?
