I strongly doubt having a better connection would improve your 0.5KD by the sound of things. I think they have standard SLA's on their ticket responses - perhaps check that and then come cry here.

You know that people would not have issues, if CI where a tad bit more responsive to the issues and not make clients wait over 12 hours for some pathetic 1 liner response and then nothing afterwards.

Comms could definitely be better agreed. sms a notice or update the status page promptly.tweet it

ok but that was a multi threaded test. It should be much lower on single threaded (which I tested) if you have packet loss.

Thanks, but I know that I have packet loss and CI confirmed JHB clients are affected.
