Are you sure about that @PBCool

Queue about every other isp that

1) knows there is a problem, but
2) wants to go look for it as if it doesn't exist and then maybe
3) update the status

Of course this 'only started on Sunday' and isn't 'really a problem' as to 'no Network issues Currently'

mrbeep would be proud :unsure::ROFL:

I'll just reverse my debit order until I get the service I'm paying for.

Seems like they honestly don't care and want to brush these issues under the carpet, prepare for a mass exodus of clients in the near future me thinks

Looks like I honestly don't care about your input, that is really the crux of it.
That's funny, because you quoted my post first. Looks like you are just another typical disgruntled South African that likes to complain for the sake of complaining. Will put you on ignore now.

I would respect you guys a lot more if you just owned up to the issue, told us what was going on, and gave us an ETA on when it will be fixed. Instead it seems like you've just ignored everything and only admitted to 2 hours of a DDoS attack.. lol.. This has been happening since Saturday(30th), and it is still happening now.

I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt, as I have been with you for about 5 months now and this is the first issue I've had. But if this lack of transparency and communication, as well as the inability to diagnose/debug the actual issue, is how things are going to be. It makes me really worried, and I think a change of ISPs might be in order.

Seriously though, what the hell is the point of the bellow two sections in the "Coolzone" if you don't even use it???

I'll give you guys another chance, but if things are handled in this way again, I won't be able to get out fast enough.

Yeah I just love complaining about a service I pay a premium for doesn't work as advertised. FYI I'm not South African. Please do, its not like I really ever care about you or your posts.

I've already reached out to another ISP for the process to migrate, one too many issues for me now and the lack of service and customer focus is just the last straw for me - this is not a unique issue, every time there is a problem, they blame the fiber providers and don't get back to you and withhold information. This CISP is not the CISP from a year ago

Jesus your lack of comprehension is worrying.
We don't give a flying **** what your wife or kids were able to do. As you can see a tonne of the people in this thread are gamers and were unable to do that because of all the issues.
Further to that our tickets were ignored and we were left in the dark.
Is this explanation enough or should I get the crayons out?

Uh yeah dude, as a gamer I get it sucks, but tbh I've seen you complaining about service levels here for a while now. If I were in your shoes I'd have saved myself the hassle and switched providers by now. It took me less than a week to switch from Crystal Web after they did the Evo Net switch because of how it affected pings in Cape Town.

If you're not happy about service levels, find someone else who'll provide you with what you want, particularly if you feel that your service provider is not giving you what you want.

Edit. This applies to all the unhappy customers in this thread. If you have tried to resolve issues and people are failing to do so over a reasonable enough period of time, just switch.

Or perhaps the company can fix their network and problems and actually deliver the service they're selling? Why should us as customers have to incur extra fee's due to the incompetence of CI?

It was marginally better late last night.

Judging from the posts the packet loss is still on going?

Can someone post a few IPs I can run myself through WinMTR to test if this is going on?
